You are almost ready to become a member of our club!
Your first two visits are Free!
Speak to the coaches on the night to see which sessions are most suitable.
You can then train with us twice more to see if you like us! – Paying at the registration desk on the night.
We then ask you to commit by completing the online membership form above and paying a membership fee, but you are still free to leave at any time.
When you are ready to commit on your 4th visit We need some important information from you regarding you and your child. You can continue to pay at the desk until the first direct debit is taken.
January marks the start of our new financial year, it is also the time when we collect
Annual Membership fees for the coming season.
An Annual Membership fee is paid directly to Swim England, which also covers
Regional and County affiliation fees. By paying your annual membership you will be
registered as a member of Bournemouth swimming club (BSC) and Swim
England.
The Current Annual Membership Fee for 12 months is £45 for the standard category of ‘Club Train’ which is the minimum requirement that 90% of our members will be signed up to.

Note. There is no extra charge for those who take part in the Senior Polo practise or game on a Tuesday evening.

Training
The Bournemouth Swimming Club arrange a range of sessions that suit a range of abilities. The training sessions/club nights are organised as follows:
Tuesdays
Swim Session 1: 7:20PM–8:00PM
This session is for Juniors, roughly age eight through to 12 years (depending on ability).
Swim Session 2: 8:00PM–8.50PM
This session is for Seniors and Juniors who have reached a standard above that of the first groups as above (usually 11 / 12 years upwards).
Senior Water polo: 8.50PM–9.50PM
Waterpolo session for players above the standard of the Juniors (usually 16 years+)
Thursdays
Swimming and Water polo Junior
Session 1: 7:15PM–8:10PM
This session is for novices who are able to swim two lengths comfortably using a recognised stroke.
Session 2: 8:00PM-9:35PM
This session is for Juniors up to age 18 who have reached a standard above that of the first groups as above.
